KRISER’S REWARDS PROGRAM, “WELLNESS PASS”

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Wellness Pass Rewards Program (“Program”) is sponsored by IPP Buyer Acquisition, LLC (IPP).

PROGRAM BENEFITS

A rewards member earns points for purchases in store or online at krisers.com. Points are automatically converted monthly into reward vouchers and/or free food vouchers that can be redeemed in store or online.

ELIGIBILITY

The Program is limited to individuals only and one account per individual. The Program is open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age, (ii) are U.S. residents (iii) provide and maintain a valid email address, and (iv) accept these Terms and Conditions.  Employee transactions do not earn points.  Membership eligibility is subject to applicable law.

ENROLLMENT

Individuals can enroll at any IPP retail location or online at krisers.com.  As a condition of registering as a member and maintaining membership, individuals must provide the requested contact information: a phone number and an accurate email address.  Upon successful registration, the member’s email address will be used to confirm their membership when making a purchase and reward vouchers/free food vouchers will be received via email.

EARNING & REDEEMING

Subject to these terms and conditions, a rewards member earns points for purchases online at krisers.com or at any retail store included in the IPP brands above. Points are automatically converted monthly into reward vouchers and/or free food vouchers that can be redeemed in store or online. Points are earned at the following rates:

(a)  one (1) point per dollar spent for the purchase of food, treats, chews, supplements and any other “consumable” item.

 (b)  one (1) point per dollar spent for all other non-consumable products, including toys, beds, bowls, leashes, shampoos and cat litter.

(c)  one (1) point per dollar spent for all services including grooming and self-wash services.

IPP will round to the nearest whole dollar spent when calculating points.

For every 200 points the member accumulates, a $10 rewards voucher will be sent via email to the email address on file.  Points will be totaled at the end of each month and any earned reward vouchers will be emailed to members by the 15th day of the following month. Reward vouchers will be sent in $10 increments (up to a maximum of $150 per month), depending on the point totals at the end of the month.   Your remaining point balances carry over into the next month.

Members will also earn Free Bags of food as part of their Program membership. When a member reaches 600 points toward a free bag in the Program in a calendar year, they will receive a $50 voucher for free food instead of the normal $10 reward voucher at that point threshold. A maximum of three (3) free food vouchers are available to earn per calendar year and are issued when a member accumulates 600, 1200 and 1800 points within the calendar year. The free food vouchers can be used on any brand or type of pet food (dog food, cat food, bags, cans, cases, wet, raw, freeze-dried, frozen, etc.) but must be redeemed on pet food. Accumulated points earned for a Free Bag voucher will reset at the end of the calendar year.

Members can use all or part of a reward voucher/free food voucher on a single transaction.  IPP will track any remaining value on the voucher through the expiration date noted on the voucher.

Points may be earned only at the time of sale by providing the email address associated with a member’s account during checkout.

Members may contact Rewards Customer Service at 866-368-0727 to submit transaction receipts for points if they had not received credit for them at the time of purchase. The receipt information must be submitted for claims within ninety (90) calendar days from the original transaction date. Members may have no more than three (3) receipt assignments applied to their membership account within a thirty (30) day period, and may not receive credit for a transaction occurring prior to their enrollment date.

Non-merchandise items such as shopping bags, donations, gift cards and tips will not earn points. No points are earned for the purchase of gift cards, but points may be earned on purchases made by gift cards.

Points will not accrue on taxes or shipping charges, or for any portion of a purchase paid for with reward vouchers/free food vouchers. Reward vouchers/free food vouchers are treated as tender and will be applied to all purchases after the application of any coupons or discounts.

Points will be subtracted from any purchases that are returned or refunded.

Points and reward vouchers/free food vouchers have no cash value.

Points are not assignable or transferable and may not be combined or bundled with the points of any other member(s).

Reward vouchers/free food vouchers can be redeemed online by entering the voucher number in the “Promo code, reward voucher or gift card” field on the checkout page. Reward vouchers/free food vouchers cannot be redeemed on Autoship orders at this time.

IPP is not responsible for missing or stolen points or reward vouchers/free food vouchers.

EXPIRATIONS

Points will expire after 13 months of member inactivity.  Member activity is defined as a purchase, return, or customer service adjustment.

Point accumulation for Free Bag vouchers will be reset at the end of each calendar year. A calendar year is defined as transactions between January 1 and December 31.

Reward vouchers and free food vouchers expire 45 days after issuance.

RETURNS

Points earned on purchased items that are later returned will be deducted from a member’s account.

Returns of items purchased with reward vouchers/free food vouchers will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.

TRANSFERABILITY & CASH VALUE

Points are not transferrable or combinable with other member accounts unless specifically authorized by IPP. Points may not be combined among members or conveyed by any means to anyone. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. Points or reward vouchers/free food vouchers are void if sold, purchased, bartered or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if received or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Points have no cash value, may not be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. No change/currency will be given for any unused portion of a reward voucher/free food voucher.

PROMOTIONS

IPP reserves the right to make promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, certain time periods, product categories, program participation, and/or information supplied by the member. IPP reserves the right to add, withdraw, amend, or otherwise change bonus opportunities at any time at its sole discretion. Promotional rewards such as offers to earn extra points may be subject to activation via a click-to-activate email or through online activation.

From time to time, members may be eligible for sweepstakes, contests, or other similar promotions. Participation in such events shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and rules published at the time of such event and applicable laws.

PROGRAM TERMINATION

Members may cancel their rewards membership at any time by contacting Rewards Customer Service at 866-368-0727. Cancellation may take 10 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation, membership will be deactivated and any available points or rewards vouchers will be forfeited.

IPP, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate a member’s membership at any time and for any reason without notice, including violating these Terms and Conditions or any conduct detrimental to IPP or otherwise not within the spirit of the Program. In the event of a member’s membership being terminated, the member forfeits available rewards, or any other account value.

COMMUNICATION

By enrolling in the Program, members agree to receive transactional emails as well as advertising, promotional offers, marketing materials, and other communications and updates from IPP. Members may also contact Rewards Customer Service at 866-368-0727 to obtain information about their rewards and their account activity or check their rewards tracker in each email they receive. Members may unsubscribe from IPP promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Communications about rewards, including any changes, special promotional materials, and reward notifications will be sent to the email address provided by the member. IPP assumes no responsibility for, and is not liable for, any unauthorized access by third parties to a member’s account and/or account information.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information regarding their account. IPP will not be responsible for a failure of any member to receive or redeem a reward voucher/free food voucher in the event the member has failed to update his/her email address.

MEMBER PRIVACY

The information members provide will be handled according to IPP’s Privacy Policy. To learn more about IPP’s privacy practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy at krisers.com.

RIGHT TO AMEND

IPP reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue the Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way in its sole discretion. If IPP amends or modifies the Program, notice of such amendment or modification will be provided on krisers.com and will also be communicated via email to members. IPP may terminate the Program at any time, which may result in loss of accumulated points and reward vouchers/free food vouchers and cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
