Dear Kriser’s Customer,

Following the recent voluntary recall on select lots of Evanger’s Beef canned dog food, we have made the decision to discontinue carrying this brand.  We are doing this out of an abundance of caution as we take health and safety very seriously.

There are other canned food products that offer equal or better nutrition and ingredients to satisfy our canned food customer needs going forward. Please see the Evanger’s news release (linked below) which will outline any new information about their previous voluntary recall, should any arise.

Dear Kriser’s Customer,

Evanger’s has issued a voluntary recall of select lots of its Hunk of Beef canned dog food. The official notice from the manufacturer regarding the recall as well as a complete list of the affected products can be found at the following link:

We have already removed any at-risk products from our shelves and encourage you to check any products you may currently have in your home. If you find you purchased an item at Kriser’s that is involved in this recall, you can return it to your local Kriser’s for a full refund or replacement.

If you have specific questions, we encourage you to reach out directly to Evanger’s. And as always feel free to contact your local Kriser’s Pack Members with any concerns.

We are working with Evanger’s very closely to monitor the situation, and will share additional information if and when it becomes available. We will continue to work with Evanger’s to ensure your needs are met and your questions are answered.
