She’s back! As many of you may know our full-time groomer, Chalie, was out on maternity leave since January and deeply missed during this time. Well she’s finally back and we want to celebrate her new bundle of joy and would love for you to join us!! Chalie gave birth to her second daughter, precious Ziya (zee-uh) Maria Griffin on February 1st. Join us on Wednesday to celebrate this exciting time for Chalie and all of us. We will have some yummy treats for both you and your pets. More good news... With Chalie’s return grooming will now be back to 7 days a week!

Greyhounds Only Meet & Greet
Greyhounds Only Rescue Group will be on site with some amazing Greyhounds that are in need of a good home. Come out and get to know this wonderfully gentle and rare breed and get answers to any questions you may have about Greyhounds or the adoption process. You are also welcome to bring your Greyhound for a little social time with their fellow breed if you would like. Greyhounds Only is a Greyhound rescue and adoption foundation from Chicago land. New Leash on Life Adoption Event
Thinking about a new addition to your family? New Leash on Life (NLOL) rescue group will be on site with some of their pets who are in need of a loving home. We would love for you to come out and show these great companions some love. New Leash on Life Chicago is an entirely volunteer run, nonprofit organization committed to finding loving homes for shelter dogs who might otherwise be euthanized. Through their adoption, foster, training and education programs, NLOL Chicago addresses the nationwide issue of pet overpopulation and the importance of spay/neuter. They will be on site with several dogs they have for adoption. Come out and meet them and who knows, you might just make a big difference in an animal’s life.

Chicago Pet Rescue Meet & Greet
Elena Tanta from Chicago Pet Rescue (CPR) will be on site to discuss how CPR operates and how you can help and become involved. Chicago Pet Rescue was created with the intention of rescuing animals that are otherwise at risk of being euthanized. Made up of experienced rescuers and a growing community of dedicated volunteers, CPR believes that every individual can make a difference in alleviating the problem of animal overpopulation. They focus on finding permanent homes for the animals by working to match the lifestyles of potential adopters with each animal’s personality and needs.

Mutt Match LA Adoption Event
Mutt Match LA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit who have been rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned, homeless and unwanted dogs mostly from LA’s city and county shelter’s for over 10 years. Their mission is to rescue as many dogs as possible, regardless of age, size or breed and give them the chance at a happy life they never would have otherwise had.
